This wording is a working draft written to describe how the platform actually behaves. It is editable content and needs final review and approval before launch. Publishing it does not amount to a legal compliance statement.
We collect only what we need to run accounts, listings and communications you have opted into.
Public listing fields are kept separate from private owner, staff and enquiry fields. Enquiries are visible only to the owner of the profile they were sent to. Support-seeking activity is never counted in analytics and never shown to business dashboards.
The newsletter is a separate, explicit opt-in with a straightforward unsubscribe. You may request access to your data, an export, or deletion of your account. Inactive accounts and old enquiries are subject to a retention period.
Secrets and credentials are held in platform secret management, and data access is protected by row-level policies.
