This wording is a working draft written to describe how the platform actually behaves. It is editable content and needs final review and approval before launch. Publishing it does not amount to a legal compliance statement.
All public contributions and uploads are subject to these rules. We remove content that is abusive, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful or posted without the right to use it.
Anyone can report a listing, event, offer or piece of content from the page it appears on. Reports go to a moderation queue and notify the owner. We keep a record of moderation decisions.
If a decision affects you, you may appeal. Appeals are recorded, reviewed, and answered with a reason. Final authority rests with Brighton Queer Quarter Ltd.
Image uploads require the uploader to confirm they hold the rights to the image and consent from identifiable people in it.
