This wording is a working draft written to describe how the platform actually behaves. It is editable content and needs final review and approval before launch. Publishing it does not amount to a legal compliance statement.
Where anyone involved in running the platform has an interest in a listed business, organisation or performer, that interest is declared and recorded, and they take no part in decisions about it — including eligibility reviews, moderation and editorial selection.
Steering group members advise on editorial direction and campaigns. They hold no automatic administrative privileges and no decision-making authority over individual listings.
Anyone with a commercial interest in a sponsorship booking takes no part in assessing it. Each sponsorship enquiry carries a conflict-of-interest note, and approval of a placement rests with the Super Admin, with urgent problems handled by a deputy under delegated permissions.
